Tulsa's Local Food Co-op

In a past blog, "How To Make the Best of What You've Got" I had mentioned finding your local food co-op. For those of you who live in Tulsa or close to Tulsa I wanted to post the information about Tulsa's food co-op.

The co-op is through Natural Farms. Natural Farms has two locations:

420 S. Utica and 6560 E. 91st St.

To belong to the co-op you have to pay a $45 annual fee.

There are two separate bags of food that you can get at the co-op, a meat bag and a produce bag. Each bag is $32.50 or you can purchase both bags for $63.00.

You can also have this all delivered! This could be most of your groceries for the week!! And they will all be natural and organic! And even better- local!!!
